About How We Ship and Our Shipping Rates
We generally ship using UPS to all destinations within the Continental
US.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Military Addresses sometimes call
for
additional shipping as these orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
If your order does require extra shipping costs we will contact you by email to
obtain authorization before we process the order and charge your credit card.
If you need an order in a hurry please email us or call and we can give
you an upgraded shipping quote. Please call during our business
hours as the after hours customer service can not help you with that
service.
Most packages take take around 5-6 working days to get to you. Not
counting weekends and holidays.

Returns and Exchanges
How To Return or Exchange an Item
Items should be shipped to the following address:

Refund and Exchange Policy
- Returned items may not be used, washed, worn,
altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. You can try
items on but you may not use them or wear them.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of
receiving and in the original bag or packaging for an even exchange
or full credit. You may use a different exterior box to ship in if
you prefer.
- Items returned within 15 to 30 days or not in
original bag or packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Merchandise will not be accepted back after 30 days.
- Custom, clearance or other excluded items may
not be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us and
indicating the nature of the return. For most items on your first
exchange we will wave additional shipping back to you (this can be more
then one item but sent back together). There are some exceptions and you
will need to authorize the charge or send payment.
- Exchanges will be subject to a $5.00 return
shipping fee (one fee includes multiple items).
- Bo Staffs of 60inches or 72inches in length
will be subject to a $7.00 return shipping fee per Bo due to the
oversize fee charged by UPS.
- Martial arts t-shirts (and sweatshirts etc.)
may be exchanged for size only in the same style and image of shirt.
You must call first for an RGA# and a $5.90 return shipping fee
applies.
- Heavy or larger items may be subject to
additional shipping to be quoted at time of exchange.
If you have received an item that was damaged,
defective or incorrect please call Monday - Friday during the hours of
9:15 am to 4:15 pm California time or email us. Please do not return the
item without first contacting us. If merchandise is received damaged
please save any boxes for possible inspection by UPS.
If you have any questions please call during regular office hours. All
policies are subject to change without advanced notice.
Credits cannot be issued prior to receipt of merchandise.
UPS Address Correction Fee
Please be sure that you provide us with the correct address for shipping
your merchandise. If an address correction is necessary in order to
deliver your package UPS will assess an address correction fee of $5.00
to the delivery. You agree to pay this fee if you provide a wrong
address or if you change the ship to address after your package is in
transit. This charge will be billed separately to the credit card used
for your purchase.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
As of January 2006 UPS now charges a shipping fee when a package must be
returned to shipper. Orders that are refused by the customer or returned
to our warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will be
subject to return shipping costs. If any package cannot be delivered due
to our error no additional shipping will apply.
